Backstop Netting Inspected and Ready Before The First Pitch.

Twice-a-year inspection and maintenance for baseball backstop netting, the poles, cables and hardware that hold it up, and the fence connections it ties into. We bring a lift and set aside a full day at every facility.

TWO VISITS A YEAR, TIMED TO YOUR SEASON
Each inspection is a scheduled day at the facility, with about 4–6 hours of on-site service time.
We work around your calendar and reasonable weather and site access.

SPRING PRESEASON INSPECTION
Scheduled and finished within 30 days before your primary baseball season starts. We find what needs attention before regular season use, so repairs happen before the first game and
not during it.

FALL POSTSEASON INSPECTION
Scheduled and finished within 30 days after your season ends. We record seasonal damage and wear, and list the work to complete before the next season.

THE NET, AND EVERYTHING THAT HOLDS IT UP

PROTECTIVE NETTING

  • Tears, holes, fraying, stretching and deterioration
  • Sagging and net tension
  • Netting attachment points and connection hardware
  • Areas that need patching, adjustment or replacement

SUPPORT STRUCTURE & HARDWARE

  • Support poles and horizontal members
  • Cables, guy wires where applicable, and tensioning systems
  • Turnbuckles, clamps, fasteners and brackets
  • Anchors and the connections between components

WHERE THE NET MEETS THE FENCE
We check the netting-to-fence transition, the chain-link attachment hardware, and the fence framework and fabric at the connection for loose or improperly tensioned areas and visible damage.

Inspections are visual and cover accessible components. We do not provide structural engineering or certify the structural adequacy of existing poles, foundations or anchors. Anything that looks like an immediate safety concern is reported to you.

DONE WHILE WE'RE THERE MINOR MAINTENANCE IS PART OF THE VISIT
With a lift already on site, we handle small fixes as time allows at each facility.

  • Tighten accessible hardware and adjust net tension
  • Secure loose net attachment points
  • Make minor netting repairs using routine service materials
  • Replace minor fasteners and hardware when authorized
  • Remove or secure loose components, and flag worn ones for replacement

BIGGER REPAIRS GET A WRITTEN QUOTE
Replacement netting, pole, cable or anchor replacement, structural work, engineering and extra access equipment are quoted first. Nothing starts until you approve it in writing.

EVERY VISIT ENDS WITH A REPORT
A written report covers the condition of the netting, supports, cables and hardware, the deficiencies we found and their repair priority, with photos of significant issues. An annual summary tracks repairs, open items and recurring problems.

WE SET THE SCOPE WITH YOU
Every facility is different. We work with you to outline the scope of your preventative maintenance agreement before anything is scheduled.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR FACILITIES
Which parks or complexes, how many backstops, and when your season starts and ends.

WE OUTLINE THE SCOPE TOGETHER
What gets inspected, how the visits fit your calendar, and what maintenance is included.

INITIAL INSPECTION, THEN TWO VISITS A YEAR
We start with a comprehensive initial visual inspection, then return each spring and fall.

SCHEDULE YOUR INSPECTION
Tell us about your facilities and your season dates. We will work with you on the scope of your preventative maintenance agreement. Current customers can ask to add another facility to their schedule.
